By accessing and using UplinkHost's services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

You agree to use our hosting services responsibly. Shared hosting accounts are not permitted to use excessive system resources, including CPU, RAM, and Disk I/O.

• You may not use shared hosting as a backup/storage device.
• You may not run stand-alone, unattended server-side processes at any point in time on the server (e.g. IRCd).
• Resource-intensive scripts must be optimized or moved to a VPS/Dedicated Server.

The following content is strictly prohibited on our network and will result in immediate termination without refund:

• Illegal material (e.g., copyrighted media without authorization, child pornography).
• Phishing, malware, botnets, or any malicious scripts.
• Spamming or sending unsolicited bulk email.
• Any content that promotes violence, terrorism, or hate speech.

UplinkHost reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account with or without notice if you violate any of these terms. In the event of a violation, no refunds will be provided, and we are not liable for any data loss resulting from the termination.
